Well, what mods are you using, how can I get them, how can I use them, and once you've enlightened me, we can get this organ party started.

As mentioned before, any game can be used to represent your own kind of organ party ^^

Well, what mods are you using, how can I get them, how can I use them, and once you've enlightened me, we can get this organ party started.

Project Brutality -> Its basically Brutal Doom on super duper steroids. All information on how to run Project Brutality is on its respective read me ;)

Then, any Map Pack/Megawad that you wish using. I was using Hell Revealed 2 since i just finished it at the time of posting those organ parties. So that's Sgt Mark IV's Hell on Earth Starter Pack and HR2 completed on my end.

I was using GZDoom 1.8.10 since that's the GZDoom version along with a later version (2.0.xx versions) where Project Brutality Works

Also, I forgot to mention..

Aaaand I screwed up my DSouls2 "no death" run. I now have personal deep seated hatred, loathing, and condemnation for Forlorn. What a prick.

Dangerous Golf and Hitman: Go are both terrific games to pick up and play for short periods of time. Just laying that out there.

I love how despite my whole mantra of "sharing the love, hugging your neighbor, and being a good citizen" thing, I find myself sharing more gaming related news and controversies than usual. Then again, its so fun to talk about gaming controversies and the fallacies of gaming journalism. especially when we are so fired up with RAGE!

Gaming controversies are fun! Well, most of the time. There are some huge, gaping holes in the industry that really need to be closed, and some utterly ridiculous thinking that shows just how dangerously out of touch some of these developers are with their target audience. The AAA gaming industry is a mess of expensive false advertisement, overpriced DLC, copy-pasted annualised series, and biased review scores. Such a happy little world we live in!

Also, that event I promised has gone live, so you should all totally go and post in it. Just saying.

I just added enough money to my eshop balance to download the donkey kong country games only to realise you need a NEW 3DS to play them. ;-;

Despair ensues.

I'd say the upgrade to a New 3DS probably isn't worth it still even now...I mean, Xenoblade Chronicles is the best game ever created and all, but you're essentially buying a console for a single game right now, and since Nintendo won't want to split up the player base by adding more New 3DS exclusive titles, that's probably all it's going to get...although Hyrule Warriors Legends should be N3DS exclusive because it runs so badly on the regular 3DS its practically unplayable.

That said, upgrading to a New 3DS is a better investment than buying a Wii U, so if you want to play SNES eShop titles that badly...yeah.

Speaking of digital balances...I need to top up my PSN account today. Time to pick up those games in the sale. I got Anima: Gate of Memories yesterday too; first impressions of gameplay are positive, but the voice acting is so unprofessional and flat I feel like I'm listening to Japanese audio.

Thinking about it, every time I'm in the mood to invite everyone for some ORGAN PARTIES, i do have concerns that my screenshots of overly glorified and over the top blood and gore might trigger the PG slap but honestly, as long as it involves demons being organ bodied, then its all good. Like if I were playing DOOM 2016 and taking screenshots of every goretastic moment in the game, viewers are going to be like "OOOOOOOHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAAH" but some admins are going to be like "HEY THERE ARE KIDS IN THE FORUM!" but I'm gunna be like "BUT I'M KILLING DEMON B*TCHES! Everyone knows that its okay to be killing demons and not people". Unlike Anita Sarkeesian who has to criticize even violence against Demons.

Speaking of organ parties, those who are looking for some stress relief, look no further than playing some "Whack the Creeps" RIGHT HERE It has everything that I like in a free to play flash game.

Wait, Anita Sarkeesian is still a thing? I thought we'd moved past her and had decided to focus all our negative attention on Alison Rapp now!

Well, if we're going there again...I'm all for diversity in video games, but Anita seems to often forget that games are mired in stereotypes, for men as well as women. If you're going to consider one a problem, you need to consider the other a problem too: idealisation is just as bad as objectification in some ways. It's just as detrimental to those who are inclined to take note of such things.

As for violence...well, there are plenty of non-violent games, and there is a sliding scale of violence. There is a place for all of them in the market. Refer to my "it's not just for you" argument that most people (myself included sometimes, haha) tend to ignore when they want to criticise something and expect things to adhere to their standards and nobody else's.

(I have a few things to get off my chest)

I just felt like mentioning it :P We already know that Anita's thing has been like nulled out months and months ago. Its already June, and we need more BLOOD FOR OUR.. i mean we need more fun ;)

I don't think we dont ever need to go there again. We've read enough articles on the problems with stereotypes and appealing the mass audience.

I dunno why I'm playing Persona Q, playing on the P4 Side, having Yukari in my party throughout the game, oh wait yeah i do. I find it funny that a lot of people say that PQ is garbage when okay, its not exactly a "PERSONA GAME" but its still fun. Also, Playing on the P3 side is kinda ugh especially since P4 Hero is purposely made so strong compared to everyone in the game. I mean P4 Hero has No weaknesses, Immune to insta-kills except for Light based ones, which are already VERY RARE in the game, unlike Dark type instakills which is very common in your typical SMT+Persona setting...

And then, i tried showing a friend of mine some gaming personalities, mostly Pro players. She found some of them quite handsome , and i even showed her some Professional CSGO female pros and she was like "Oh wow, they are hot". Considering her bisexual nature, she finds both guys and girls attractive. Okay I dunno what the f**k I'm even saying this for X__X. Then again, the life of a pro player isn't as glamorous as the media tends to portray them. I should know.

Well, I wouldn't say never again, because as long as it persists it is a problem an it's not going to go away if we ignore it, but then...yeah. It's never going to go away anyway, because there will always be that target demographic. Diversification means expansion, not erasure, so it'll always be there in part. So...yeah.

...ew, Persona. Let's go back to discussing the messy controversies again; anything but that unredeemable series. That said, the only game I really have it in for is Persona 4, because it's easily one of the worst video games I have ever had the misfortune of playing. I've not played the others, and don't really have much motivation to.

Also, for a Kickstarted title, I don't really know what to make of Anima. The voice acting is terrible, but I had one of the protagonists singing about how he's a book who can destroy the world on the overworld the other day and it was hilarious. The gameplay is fairly fun, but I had this godawful platforming section that was absolutely infuriating because moving platforms + lasers + crappy camera angles. I have no idea where I'm going or what I'm doing, but I've been finding memories and whatnot so I'm not all that bothered by this. It's...so weird =/

Okay but I dunno if the rest of the people will be able to handle it. Because...

Speaking of never going away.... X__X

my "journalism" sniffing nose has sniffed. Also, when i mentioned Ms. Sarkeesian, I DIDNT MEAN FOR SOMETHING RELATED FOR HER TO POP OUT IN RECENT HISTORY! LORD GABEN HAELP!

Tropes vs Women in Gaming - Body Armor - Full transcripts can be found in the links within the link.

Okay, I don't claim to be a moral candle, since I'm an insane lunatic with the maturity level of a sane young adult male AND the insanity of a demon killing murder machine, but there are things that I like to point out. I like girls in video games. I like them, A LOT. Heck, I play the female avatar very often in games that allow gender choosing. Who doesn't like the hot video game chicks and ladies? WE ALL DO!

However, if i do have an opinion regarding clothing choices for the video game ladies, I would like them to be clothed at least. I've been quite vocal in every internet outlet there is (not just here BTW, even in social media) regarding my criticisms of MMORPGs making their women scantily clad. I've seen countless MMORPGs and MMOs just try too hard in making women look overly sexualized with scantily clad clothing (aka Bras and Panties armor plating) and I'm actually quite bothered because I don't think it was ever needed ever. Even Ragnarok Online wasn't immune to it. Heck RO in past times made their women look cute and encouraging to play as. But the 3rd jobs came and some of them just looked way too sexualized to be taken seriously thus followed the sad sad trend. I would post artwork of it but I really just want to show mercy to the letter limit, and to the thread D:

But you know Femmies and FemNazis are like "THE VIDEO GAME INDUSTRY IS A PATRIARCHAL INDUSTRY WITH YOUR CLOTHED MEN AND SCANTILY CLAD WOMEN! BURRRRRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNN!" and all that stuff.

" reinforces the already pervasive and harmful notion in our culture that sexualization is the most viable or only real route to power for women."

WRONG ANITA and your fellow close minded femmies! Do you even Warhammer and Sisters of Battle? of course not because they don't know Warhammer and they aren't cool enough to know how awesome the Sisters of Battle are.

And there's already a great number of well designed video game women with actual clothing. Please do more of your research Femmy squad. Do you even Overwatch, Battleborn, League of Legends, and DOTA2? No of course you don't because Tracer's booty triggered you. Heck there's so much more to mention, but it can't be helped. Femmies will always be femmies, and I'm referring to both Male and female femmienazis.

And lastly, I'd like to point out that the main reason why Bayonetta works as a protag of her series is that she is what she is. She is shamelessly sexual yet she's classy in doing it. She isn't there to kneel down and give some men some head. NO. Bayonetta works because she's classy and shameless at the same time. She has a character, and she flaunts it shamelessly. And its also good to point out that Bayonetta was designed by a woman.

The main problem i have really with Anita's content is that her series is basically just talking about things that has been explored before, and the way she is delivering with her stuff is that she's trying too hard to make them sound like absolute truths and gospels. That's basically the main source of the cringe for me. I don't mind topics like this as long as its so open for everyone to talk about. That's always been Anita's Sarkeesian's problem to me. She just loves hearing herself for it. We've had already a lot of issues regarding the designs of males and females in video games since the dawn of the "more politically correct media era" really. I don't think that we really need a well organized series of something that's been explored AND ANSWERED for numerous times. But the fact that they remain at their attempts for relevance really baffles me so hard. I don't even want to rage at it anymore. And I don't want to sound some misogynistic bastard since I clearly am not. I respect both genders and sexual preferences in media.

Yet we all enjoy this kind of stuff do we? Especially when we have vocal speakers in both the sexes amirite? I don't mind it really. I enjoy hearing everyone's views and opinions regarding gender-sex issues in something as fun as video games. We've come a long way from just enjoying them like how we were as kids, and all we just cared for was killing demons and enemy soldiers, or headstomping goombas while eating shrooms.

Oh well ladies and dudes, because I don't like making any thread dull, its my job to put some humor as well so:
Spoiler:

PS: I apologize for my ultra long post X__X

I don't know about everyone else but complaining about sexy female characters in video games just screams "first world non-problem" but that's just me...

On another note, I've recently gotten into Mount & Blade: Warband.

Such a fantastic game.

Oh Odin, I'd rather have you just stick to trolling people who like talking about how Fallout 4 is a great "Fallout game" than you having to dwell on that matter. I dwell on this sh*t so that most of you don't have to. That's how much I love ya all. (And to the guys, no homo). It helps me fuel the rage that i need to kill more demons, North Koreans, and commie leftist rebels, as well as fueling my desire to win even when teammed up with Boosted monkeys in League.

The thing is that its more of femmies talking about things that have been explored and answered for in the past few years. And the other big source of cringe really is that Anita and her team of femmaxis femmies really love to overly emphasize their points as gospels and absolute truths which really doesn't make me feel educated.

And that's the problem really with this day and age. Since the dawn of "SOE SHUL MEE DYA", people tend to cling on what they find is easy to cling to, like the negativity instead of talking about the good and great things game developers have done. Like how the releases of Shadow Warrior 2013 and DOOM 2016 by Flying Wild Hog and Idsoftware respectively have helped pioneer the return to glorious, tongue-in-cheek, badassery in First Person shooters. Speaking of Flying Road Hog and Shadow Warrior, SHADOW WARRIOR 2 oh my god... I think my body won't take the testosterone when it comes out.. within this year.. OH WAIT, YES IT WILL! and it might even get the murder queens get pregnant too.

My god, DOOM 2016, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and Shadow Warrior 2, are going to be my bloodfest organ party outlets pretty soon, along with my already glorious PC game library.

GAMESTOP - 3D REALMS DID NOT WORK ON WOLFENSTEIN you little mother fu... nevermind. This video was uploaded on May 22 and I think they probably shat their pants when they realized that 3D realms did not work on Wolfenstein.

Man, gaming media outlet people really need to do their research before hugging their microphones.

*************************************************
Mount and Blade Warband is basically orgasmic in every angle. I recommend people to play it. Its effin glorious.

The mods for M&B alone are well worth getting the game.

So many mods ranging from historical mods (Roman Empire, Mesopotamia, Renaissance, etc) to fantasy mods (all kinds, low fantasy, dark fantasy, high fantasy), Kingmaker mods, combat overhauls, political modules, we even got post-apocalyptic and sci-fi settings for the game.

That's quite true, I rarely ever see any praise for well written female characters (other than caricatures that exist to push agendas) and it's mostly complains I see, complains that aren't even well researched and often end up being like the Bayonetta complain you mentioned. Sure there are more sexual portrayal of girls in games like Senran Kagura, but that game is as sexist and misogynistic as a porno. You're completely right that people should just talk about the good sides for a change. But you know what talking about good things doesn't create? Drama and controversy. And people like Anita and Kotaku live from attention and drama. She only got "popular" because of people that are against her, rather than her content (which is strawman). This might really be the only situation where walking away is the best option, since we're talking about people that claim that choking is gendered violence.

Playing a female character is a bit sexist in Mount & Blade, but then again, Mount & Blade's system is based off of historical data on real-life medieval caste systems and let's face it: modern world media has NOTHING on medieval feudalism when it comes to misogyny.

Thankfully, it's extremely subdued and done more for aesthetics than for any kind of political statement of the developer, as it's entirely possible to do awesome stuff with a femchar in M&B, it just simply makes for a harder early game. Then again, so does being a commoner.

we can thank the now Bald Rose McGowen for being triggered by that X-Men Apocalypse poster. Yet being reversed death raped in that certain Far Cry game is totally fine. MEEDIA!

I'm more in the line of thinking that Senran Kagura is more in the lines of Shameless exploitation of ecchi than just being a plain objectification of ninja school girls. And I often use the term "Shameless" in a positive light since i use it more in the context of people knowing what they are, and are not afraid to exploit it to their own benefit. I'm pretty sure the modern mee dyah has fired shots at Tamsoft for it, but obviously Tamsoft wouldn't care. They'd probably intensify the booty even more, and make a new Senran Kagura game were there's now steamy smutty glory kills. Like Katsuragi squeezing an enemy's own titties as a finishing move.

I am so tempted to make a Persona 5 topic right now, but i can't since I'm not really like a super ultra hardcore Persona fan. I'm more of the mainline SMT camp but holy wow.. Koo taco.. how do you open up a Persona 5 related article talking about it being released on Feb 14 of next year, but dat Boxart.. I wanna make a poster of it, along with my DOOM posters, my Dynasty Warriors posters, and my Shadow Warrior posters.

Sorry, Persona fans: you won't be dating new waifus and husbandos until next year. Atlus announced today that Persona 5 will be out in North America on February 14, 2017.

I get it. A lot of the Persona fanbase really have their emotional attachments to the characters because Atlus makes almost best fictional grills and guys but come on. Waifu and husbando statements? THAT'S SO RAVEN, its the future i can see, THAT'S SO RAVEN, its so mysterious to me. That's so last gen... what meta are you playing at Kew Taco? Season 2? Read patch notes. Of course no sane person really gets offended by this. Heck I'm just lulzing right now since that's basically the best statement that Kew Taco can do in opening a Persona 5 related piece.

Or maybe they were capitalizing on the fact that the NA release of P5 is at Valentines Day. Either way, its lulz.

Made the first step towards ending my Call Of Duty addiction by cancelling my pre-order.

I love the series, but I don't love the way it takes over my gaming life. It's all I play for months on end once I get it. I even avoid great single player titles for it. I think I'll do better with a troika of Battlefield 1/Titanfall 2/Gears Of War 4 for my MP shooter fix this Fall/Winter.
