    -draco meteor
    -dragon pulse
    -hydro pump

timid is needed for spd cause without it you'll get outrun by many pkmn since u only have around 300spd with modest nature

EDIT is it just me or are u missing a sp.wall?

Gliscor requires a supporting move, particularily Stealth Rock / Knock Off. While Aerial Ace is a nice option for STAB, Stone Edge handles larger threats, such as Gyarados and Salamence. Roost is essential for the last slot, a helpful recovery move. EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def.

Why two Water types? Swampert would be a better option for physical tanking, besides, it can somewhat help Starmie if you expect the opponent is targeting it with Electric attacks. Starmie can serve as your rapid spinner instead, and you don't necessarily need it for special sweeping, you've already got Salamence for the job.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 174 HP / 116 Sp.Atk / 218 Spd
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Surf
    - Thunderbolt / Ice Beam

I don't like that glaring Ice weakness you have on the team.

k swampert than, also gallade deos have a pretty good sp. def...

why not get rid of grass knot on starmie and give it rapid spin...

then get rid of blastoise and replace it with a sp.wall like.....ummmm.,...hypno or blissey maybe

lol my team has a sp.sweeping starmie with rapid spin
    a specsmence
    and blissey

    ur team is kinda similar

k blissy then since she is the queen of sp. walls...

if ur using ice beam put some evs into sp.atk
if not then replace icebeam for thunder-wave

EDIT i think u have a major electivire weaknesse XD

Half your team is weak to Ice. Two are 4x weak. Breloom is also 4x weak to Flying. I thought I might mention this, since 4x weaknesses... Not so hot.

Other than this, the type distribution is pretty good because every type is strong against at least one Pokemon 2x, but you have counters. Most notably, however you don't have many Flying-type counters, unless SR is supposed to be Stone Edge.

Sorry, Starmie isn't bulky enough to take hits for Recover OR Leftovers, Starmie NEEDS a boost berry or Choice item to give a start on sweeping.

and the Gallade you have as for, use this instead

    Gallade@Choice Scarf
    Trait : Steadfast
    Nature : Adamant
    Moves :
    - Close Combat
    - Leaf Blade/Psycho Cut
    - Stone Edge
    - Night Slash

    or

    Gallade@Leftovers/(Atk+ Berry)
    Trait : Steadfast
    Nature : Adamant
    Moves :
    - Substitute
    - Night Slash
    - Focus Punch
    - Stone Edge

A set created by me. Has been tested and worked successfully with me, but you do require a good prediction. Works best if you switch into a Pokemon you know the opponent is going to swap when confronted against this Physical monster

Incorrect, Starmie is quite capable of taking hits, even if you don't believe it yourself. I've tried this set on my own, and it just so happens to work. As long as you have both Leftovers and Recover, Starmie can survive. Don't even try bringing up the idea of Starmie using Rapid Spin with Choice Specs as a held item, or even pull off rapid spinning without Recover. It won't work that way. Starmie doesn't necessarily have to be used for sweeping purposes, by that I mean don't let its 100 base special attack and great special movepool make you think it should just be used for the purpose of sweeping.

Not Choice Specs, Choice Scarf/Petaya Berry

Even if Starmie you think is bulky to take hits, it will eventually be 2HKO'd by another sweeper if it uses the Recovery move. Starmie shouldn't have Rapid Spin anyways if it wants to activate it's held berry from Stealth Rock/Spikes damage :\

Normally the only defensive move Starmie has is Rapid Spin.

I wouldn't put Light Screen or Reflect due to Starmie's great sweeper abilities and type coverage.

Breloom fails without Ninjask support. His speed is horrid.

there I added jask support but its missing the last 2 moves...

If you are going to use Starmie as a bulky sweeper, it's outclassed by Swampert :\

and as for the "annoyer TM's it can learn", I doubt anyone would teach any moves you listed to Starmie and I'll explain to you slowly

Toxic = Complete fail for nearly every Pokemon
Thunder Wave = Works, but Starmie already has a dramatic Speed
Substitute = Used rarely because of all the other incredible moves it can be teached
Reflect = No way, too many moves it can learn rather than this. Besides, you never know when you'll come up to Sp. or Physical attackers.
Light Screen = Same as the above
    Protect = You're kidding right?

2HKO is not taking it far at all :\ It will be 2hko'd by anything considered "sweeper" XD

Take Focus Sash into consideration, and Starmie has 115 Spd, remember that.

Annoyers are COMPLETELY F*IL IN COMPETITIVE PLAY! Stop misleading people!

Thunder Wave isn't an annoyer move
Light Screen isn't an annoyer move(Reflect)
Protect is an annoyer move BUT only use when using with either Wish/Free heal etc

and I lol'd at your "Gengar having Shadow Sneak" problem

Swampert does a totally different job to Starmie, Starmie is not meant to be a bulky sweeper (with Rapid SPin), if you are using Starmie as a Rapid Spinner, use Starmie as a Rapid Spinner, by that I mean don't let its 100 Base Special Attack, great Special movepool and the "special-attacker aura" therefore associated with it fool you. It doesn't have any right sweeping with Rapid Spin in its moveset.

Also evs: 172hp/120spatk/216spd. 216 Speed EVs allow for 352 speed, which will outpace max speed Timid (non-Choice Scarf) Gengar in addition to max speed Naive Infernape.
