Backup Problem

I was just switching servers, and I went to install my backup but it won't seem to work.

When I installed it, it went to the main index, then I thought I moved it but it still appears. And after I finally moved it and unzipped it, nothing at all happened.

Is this due to just a bad backup?

Try installing it via CPanel.

Try opening the folder and putting all your files in the public_html folder. From the way it looks, you just uploaded the folder to the public_html folder.

It looks like he didn't extract the files, either. cPanel does all that stuff for you, as JKaizer said.

*sighs* At least you had a backup. We were in the middle of ours. Result - no backup. And the PHP on the server isn't working properly. Result - no TPP. o_O
