6th Gen bad luck for me

    So today I started transferring all my Pokemon from x to omega ruby and then my omega ruby won't load on my 3ds it lags the inteir console I've lost all my Pokemon from both games. I thought it was my 3ds but no I tried on my brothers and the game lags his as well. What do I do now .
