I think the reason why older models go faster than newer ones is the availability of aftermarket stock. Since older ones have been out more, a broader slew of kits and packages are available. Tried hard finding my Sparco wheels and Borla exhaust...

When I get my Evo I was plannin on puttin Borla exhausts in it and Volk rims instead.
