can anybody make me a banner please

i want it to have a shiny gligar and say Pokemew Moderator of Diamond Pearl Platinum in smaller letters somewhere but not blocking shiny gligar


if u have wifi i can give u a shiny riolu shiny staryu, or shiny ralts
