You guys , no wonder Jirachi asked this to be closed and made a feeble excuse. She is offering Banner requests when she is not the one that has made the Banners , and she could'nt get the ones you asked for because the Artist she's stealing from had not done a Banner like your Request. That example Banner was made by Colbalt Dragon , a proffesional Sprite and Banner maker at SNF. That is his Website and his Image uploads. None of them are yours , you did not make any of them , and you most certainly do not own Cobalt City Website. Quit it.
