4th Gen Battle Frontier tips?

    I'm starting my first go at just to get some BP but I get to around the third battle then get deafted I use Garchomp Sizor and Rhyperhor all at level 100 but I lose. I can get nearly any pokemon so any team ideas will help.
     
    I'd suggest reposting in the In-game Team Help section then seeing as that's where threads on team advice should go in. I'd also suggest addin in a bit more on your team e.g. movesets and items used at the very least - the more info, the more someone can help you.
