    Okay, umm.. wierd poll, but hey i'm bored *lol*

    This is kinda the clash of the titans here, Harry Potter and Lord Of The Rings are both books and movies, very popular, and related in alot of ways. Some people think you like one or the other, but i love both.

    I'm more of a HP fan, but i also like LOTR. They're both awesome in their own ways. Both different storys and worlds. I have to choose HP though, because i only got interested in LOTR after the movies, and i'm much more of a HP fan.

    So what do you like/prefer?
     
    Uhhh... I go with LotR... I really like those series better than HP <_<
     
    I really can't decide. I love Harry Potter as a serial, but LotR is one of my favorite Hig Fantasy epics. Undecided.
     
    I suppose that I shouldn't bother with writing about my fervent wish for HP to drop of the face of the earth, so... I just say that LOTR is super-cool with darling characters. Yup! :D
     
    I've never seen or read HP, and my mom loves LotR so… =o
    But I think for a fantasy film I would prefer the more serious tone of LotR anyways.

    Sadly, I haven't read TLotR yet. Although I do have the books. I have read The Hobbit though, and that is my favourite book. I've read all the HPs, but I don't like them as much anymore since none of the recent ones can compare with PoA.
     
    Well, I have never read any of the Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings books, so my vote will only be from my opinion of the movies.

    Personally, I prefer Lord of the Rings. ^_^; I did enjoy watching the first two Harry Potter movies, but I did like Lord of the Rings better. They can both be so confusing at times, though. Like today, I was watching FotR, and through some parts of the movie, I just sat there with a blank expression, thinking '...Huh?' Both of the people that created these series really took a lot of time planning out and creating the worlds, and the characters. Everything is so deep; I've tried reading the books to both of the series, and I couldn't get past the first paragraphs, because they were so confusing, lol. The movies are much easier to understand, in my opinion.

    And plus, you can't beat Legolas! XD ...Okay, I'm joking. I don't have a crush on him anymore. *burns a picture of Orlando Bloom* CHEATER!!!!!!!
     
    I have to go with HP i thik its better cause it has children init so its easier toput your self in it
     
    The Harry Potter books, 'o course. I've seen LotR a couple of times and it didn't make me feel with it. X_X;

    Though the HP movies suck, the books carry a huge amount of action, adventure and magic. O_o;
     
    Well i like them both, but i do think that lord of the ring is better. I like films with action and figting better, so LoTR wins in my opinion
     
    I have readed and seen others, and my judge is this:

    Lotr in movies. It is MUCH better, but HP isn't bad too. I just like Aragorn <3, and there are good actors. In HP, specially in PoA, characters doesn't look same what I was thinking. Yes, it can't be possible, but someones (like werewolf or Lupin (<3<3<3)or Sirius . (<3<3<3) I think they were.. too ugly. They are handsome man, and Black is much longer! Okay, It's about how you think, but I don't like. But Lotr, it was amazing! I reaally like it- it's my favorite movie, BTW. ^^

    Harry Potter in the books. Lotr is good in it's own style (it's not bad book, I really, really liked it!), but I like Harry Potter more. It's more "possible", you know. I am with books so logical, that I have to know where excactly Middle-Earth is.

    I can't explain... I really love Harry Potter, Im obsessed into it, I am FREAk to Harry Potter! *giggles* Haawwi... :P:P
