ok, I'm confused about this. I cant get past these guys blocking my way! what do I do to pass?

you need to beat the e4 and get the national dex. i think thats it.

ive beaten the Elite 4 and what national dex? remember this is diamond im talking about and sorry if that was unclear earlier

For the national dex, you have to see all the pokemon then go see Rowan
