Hmm... I don't think so since I like untouched pokemon. :/ I have an excellent IV'd Larvitar, Beldum, Feebas, Dratini, etc and a superb EV trained Aerodactyl but he's not up for a shiny chimchar. As for Suicune, yeah from Colosseum and looks ok. Celebi has the matching ID. Doesn't matter too much though as I'm gonna get a legit shiny chimchar soon from my friend when he soft resets for one huzzah. x3
