An egg moved Piplup with Hydro Pump and Rain dance
An egg moved Cherubi with SolarBeam, Worry Seed, Take Down and Lucky Chant

As for the Skarmory, sorry, the best nature for it would be that. You can take your time. I don't need it right away. It's for competitive battling.
