There is IPB sites that you can down load and then upload them to the site Now if your using that IPB free host then you will have to uplaod the CSS.punkie90 said:

IF you cant add stuff to the Profile. IPB you can. The free IPB host wont let you into board wapers, IF will.

I use Forumotion to host my clan's forum, very customizable and so far I have no complaints - forumotion.com
What I specifically like about it is that it offers an option of changing your forum address whenever you want so if you get tired of one name in URL, you change it and tell your members to update their bookmarks.
