Before Morty

Whats up been a while since i posted here...
Yeah im right before morty and need to know if there is a place where i can level up because my team is behind because of the Yanma I caught. Of course I wanted to catch it up to my other pokemon so i fought the trainers up until now with it. is there a way i can level up some more her eis my team...
Yanma lvl. 21
*SonicBoom
*Detect
*Quick Attack
*Double Team

Quilava lvl 24
*Quick Attack
*Headbutt
*Defense Curl
*Ember (i forgot to pick up fire blast in golden rod -_-)

Flaffy lvl 25
*Tackle
*Charge
*Thundershock(yes i forgot thunder too...)
*Thunder Wave

Im sure u can see my predictament Morty is gonna thrash me suggestions I would prefer to keep lvling Yanma but im open to anything. I beat Rival and am at a wall right now ugh this is what i hated about Emerald no vs seeker for an easy fix. Also u can include suggestions for pokemon because i havent seen much worth pickin up besides Yanma(also does it evolve into Yanmega before National Dex idk) and Flaffy for an Ampharos. Thanks for the help...

u cud always go bak to geoldenrod and get thos 2 tms you forget. its not that far. an i recomend traiining in teh gras right below ectrukeak, that's what im doing atm cuz i caught a furret late. um, yanma learns pursuit at levl 30, but obvs u dont wana spend forever training in taht one area.

go over by mt mortar an theres a tm for shadow claw, which wil be helpful. you can raise a furret and teach it to him (thats wut i'mma do). also, you ~could~ just go on ahead to ovline city an do the litehouse part and maybe by then ur yanma wil have learned pursuit and teh rest of ur team wil have leveled up more. jus a suggestion c:

I'd recommend training in the route west of Ecruteak. There are wild Tauros and Miltank on that route and they give pretty good experience. Also, something that worked for me: Capture a Meowth that has the Technician ability and raise it up to match the rest of your team, then you'll be able to use its powered-up Bite to do heavy damage to Morty's entire team.
