Bent Pokemon Card In Package!

Ok, so yesterday I went to GameStop to get Pokemon cards, and I saw the 2016 Collector's Chest Tin, so I got it, and when I opened it, the Mega Shiny Gengar EX was bent! The only holofoil I got out of the packs was a damaged Chesnaught BREAK! I'm mad. What should I do?

I don't think there's much you can do to be honest. You're best bet would be to take the entire tin back to Gamestop and see if they'll exchange it for a new one. Not sure if they would do that though.

There's not much you can do. GameStop very likely won't take an exchange on opened product, especially since they definitely don't do that for new in box games.

However, you could give Pokemon's Customer Service portal a try and see if they'll offer you an exchange: https://support.pokemon.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=15227

Go the support route as donavannj suggested. I just recently had a full art card replaced because it too came out of a box set booster pack bent, scraped and roughed up on the edge.
