3rd Gen Berries in FR/LG

Everyone has said that there are berries in FR/LG, yet i am at rock tunnel and haven't found a single berry tree. Do they look like regular trees, and mayb i just passed them by? Is my game glitched?

They're actually not trees. They're darker patches of grass. One is located to the left of Bill's house for an example. They're really hidden. When I say darker patches, I mean the darker, suspicious-looking pattern in the grass. When you stand on the tile, just press A and the berry is right there.

You won't find berries on trees in FR/LG.
In the S.S. Anne, when you first enter, walk all the way to the left staircase and go south. You will see a door. Enter it and you will see three containers on the right side of the room. They contain a Pecha (top), Cheri (middle), and Chesto Berry (bottom).

Or you could catch a wild Meowth or Phanpy and you'll get some berries w/ Pickup.

And you can use Itemfinder in Berry Forest to find some rare berries.

btw, how often do those patches of grass appear? i likes the easily visible trees better.

Theres only a limited amount of patches, and the berries dont come back (except in Berry Forest). They look like a dark spot in the middle of a ground tile. Theres one near the south Saffron Gate too.

just go to Berry forest and press a on the dark patches of grass.If you want moe just keep entering then exiting.

Just look anywhere ground, houses and people your bound to find something.

What I do is, go for a look in Berry forest, whit a team of mewoths and just use the item finder

ok thanks, at least now i no my game's normal. i like the old berries better, though.

Yeah i liked the old berries better too.They were much easier to find.
