    So my question:
What sort of things do you like to see in a X or hard version hack?

This is just a fact finding exercise, when I know what sort of things people like I will create a poll, and then incorporate the top things into my new project.

Is it even possible to make Pokemon X-rated? That's like porn, isn't it?

That's not what he's talking about. As he said, it's for a harder version of a game- stronger bosses, and stuff that makes the game more of a challenge- such an example is Shiny Gold and Shiny Gold X.

    Oh, OOPS LOL. [/perverted thoughts]

Tougher things imo would include a couple level higher enemies (2-3), less Pokemon Centers/healing spots, less items given for free, and maybe weaker wild Pokemon (last one's iffy).

For starters, have more trainers, and wild pokemon.

Give trainer's Pokemon better movesets/raise the AI (just nothing ridiculous like a trained Pokemon having Earthquake on the first route or something). I dislike majorly over-leveled trainers because it just means you have to grind more, which is boring.

I like competitive teams in X versions. Not initially, but progressively.

I agree with Truality. I'd like to see a bit more intelligent AI than the one in the game atm. If anyone is able to do that, then kudos. EV'd Pokemon, better held items, more strategic moves etc. Oh, and trainer Pokemon should be on the same level as the trainer with correctly distributed EVs. That'd be hard, but hey, that's a "hard" version for you.
