I'd probably go with Espeon as my favorite, followed by Umbreon.

Both of them are pretty cute, and they're two of my favorite types.

It depends on the characteristics of the proper team, Jolteon is for instance used as Baton Passer, Vaporeon as Wisher, it is a lot difficult to say.

Because the question is actually asking which is the best and not your favourite, I'm going to have to go Jolteon as the best and Umbreon coming in as second best, competitively.

Vaporeon and Jolteon in terms of stats, Umbreon and Leafeon in terms of beauty. They all make for some epic team members if used properly, so that's always a plus :U
But really, I love all of them.

I'd have to say... Vaporeon. But when it comes down to it, I prefer the regular Eevee.

For me it's going to have to be Flareon. It has an amazing Special Attack, put that together with a quick Substitute you put up, and the opponent is done for.

Base 95 SPATK is hardly; it's not as good as Jolteon or Vaporeon (110) or Espeon and Glaceon (130).

Competitively, though, Vaporeon's clearly the best. A great bulky water who can provide Wish support to the rest of the team (not to mention, it's a ***** to take out).
