Best Final Fantasy Game

^.^ In ya'lls opinions..what is the best final fantasy game? ^.^ Currently I've only played FF1, FF2 and final fantasy tactics advance , all for the game boy advance..so far my favorites are FF2 and FFTA ^.^

:) I like Final Fantasy XI, it's an online version. At first glance I didn't want to play it until I watched my friend play...then I got addicted to it and I'm playing it everyday now from morning until night.

Ohh ^.^ Sorry about the posting in the wrong forums guys x.x I'm new..thanks for not flaming me x.x last time I did this (on another site..>.>) I was overrun with flamers..>.< But wow..that's suprising o.o I mean..FF1 is winning! XD Go FF1~!

My favourite is Final Fantasy 8, I don't know why but I just prefer playing it more than any of the others.

Favourite is VII. But in a technical sense IX or X are probably the better games.

Final Fantasy VII
The story, the characters, the graphics(at the time).

The whole Materia deal made sense to me, and played a great role in the story too.
And then there's that certain spoiler, that made you never want to quit until you had killed Sephy once and for all. Other twists like Cloud finding the truth about his past were great too.

Mini games like Chocobo Racing and the Arcade were fun. The Weapons were pretty hard(unless you used a certain materia set that I consider cheating xD).

In a technical sense I'd say...XI. But as for the game I just found the best...it'd be IX, I got it not really expecting much, but it really has become one of my favorite games. VII is a good game as well, though I didn't find it anywhere as good as IX, but thats just me.

X and VII are my favorite, about equals in my sense but I voted VII becuase I like the characters better plain and simple. Although the Aeons in FFX are pretty sick(Anima w00t!).

I would say the best is...eh...Final Fantasy VI (though VII and IX are a very close second and third). Just...the storyline, the music - which, with some of it, I find it to be the most memorable out of the whole FF series - and the graphics, which were pretty darned good for an SNES game at that time. Though I do hate how linearity in that game literally just stops at one point, but...eh. Only a minor setback for me. :P

FF7. I've only played 4,5,6,7 and 8 so far though. I love FF7 as I think it's got the best story and characters. The graphics are also pretty good for when it came out.

FFVIII is unfairly criticised. Especially by the bitter, hardcore Final Fantasy fans on the internet. I think it's a great game, myself.

i think FFX is the best game. I also like FFX-2 that's touching and i also like FF8 and form the snes era i like FFIII these are the best games in my view lol XD

I saw the video clips for the cut scenes for FFX-2. :O The singing part with Yuna and that other girl is awesome. (The American version for once is better.) It actually had both of them and Shyuin showed up as well. I want to see more clips from FFX-2. But gameplay itself...it does not amaze me. What amazes me for FF is the battle system or cut scenes.

FFXI is almost similar to FF1 or FF2. FF7, 8, 9, 10 are a bit sort of like "two main characters will fall in love and we have awesome weapons that are bigger than ourselves" games? But they are all still cool! ^^; I've only played FFX for a bit so I'm not sure about the rest of the FF games. FFXI I've already been into for a month.

FFX-2's battle system is great if you ask me. A bit clumsy at times, what with monsters and party members constantly switching positions on the battlefield, but it's still quality.

Of course I love all FFs, cause Square tells me to. They all have flaws of course, but 7 is my fav, 4 was my first.

Also X-2's system bugged me because it went from way too easy to MEGADEATHTONBERRYOFDOOM "R2 R2 R2 R2 R2"
