Super Mario world and Sonic 2/3 have some really nice tunes too, and the Call of Duty series has some epic numbers.

The Man with the Machine Gun from FFVIII and Bloody Tears from Castlevania have been stuck in my head recently, but Guilty Gear and Blazblue definitely have the best OST's of any game in general IMO. Daisuke Ishiwatari just makes beautiful masterpieces... :D

And on the topic of Pokemon music, I really like every champion theme in Pokemon from Gen.1-4. They just sound so epic and fitting for the final battle.
