"Favorite?" Kyogre. A Water-element lover, plus it was the first Lv. 100 Pokemon I ever raised entirely by myself without Rare Candies, EXP Share, or Action Replay codes.

"Strongest?" Deoxys. Without question. Its offense is better than any other Pokemon in existence.

"Best?" Arceus. Without question. Its overall stats total higher than any other Pokemon in existence.

Wasn't too sure, people seem to be answering it both ways.

As far as which is the best one, Power-wise.
I have no idea.. its too hard of a choice, because chances are that many of them are mostly equal.

Tht is exactly the same reason, Mewtwo always appealed to me, But Rayquaza also beats Mewtwo because its just sweet
