    In my Pokemon Yellow I had a level 100 Persian from a friend, and I got my Pikachu up to level 100.

    On Gold its probably my Mewtwo, level 100.

    On Diamond I don't use legends for battle except in game, so it would probably be my shiny Dragonite which is currently level 76. My most powerful legend though is my Level 90 Deoxys.
