Best team you've had(in any game)?

What would you say is teh best(or one of teh best) ingame team you've ever had in a pokemon game? In terms of type variation, good training, or just plain reliability.

Mine was problably my ingame pearl team: Empoleon, Luxray, Bronzong(later switched for palkia), Rapidash, Staraptor, Roserade. Those guys were unstopable. ^^

I think it is in Pokemon Platinum:
Staraptor (I had luck because this somehow was faster and stronger than my garchomp and infernape... like +6 in attack and speed in each level, was unstopable)
Garchomp (I had two, the first one was bad... Bad attack, defense and extremely good sp. defense which I didn't need. The second one was trained better and became my powerhouse.)
Infernape (super quick and awesome sp. attack with flame thrower)
Lucario (Adamant nature yay! How lucky I was... Awesome speed and wonderful attack combined with a great movepool)
Luxray (Woot! Luxray was awesome AND PROBABLY MY BEST POKEMON, until I teached him discharge, and Luxraty was adamant with wonderful attack and bad sp attack, so I ruined my Luxray and send it to the box after the League)
Roserade (It was like all her attacks had the 1hit KO characteristic... but with 100 of accuracy)

My best ingame Pokemon: Infernape. He's the only Pokemon in my team, since I'm solorunning, and he can cover for his weaknesses.

:laugh: Same here. I can't even remember most teams that I've had outside of the one I have now. However, my best team was probably something like this:

On Yellow of course, and probably sans Machamp...I don't think I've ever used that evolutionary line.

Of those that I can actually remember, I'd say my current Platinum team, because after over a decade of time, I'm finally paying attention to stats and using support moves (sort of). I don't battle competitively or plan to, though.

Almost certainly my Diamond team, it was by far the most well balanced and it was the first one that I beat the Elite Four WITHOUT using a single legendary. Here's what they were:

Your Ultimate Team

So, what's your Ultimate Team? Mine consists of all Level 100s;

Lugia
Charizard
Arceus
Darkrai
Snorlax
and usually Blissey


but sometimes I switch out and give other Pokemon a chance. Not to brag, but I have over 20 Lv. 100s, so I have a lot of options when I battle. I am very bored these days, though, cause I've battled all the lame trainers in the game, plus the Elite Four 43 times. I want Wi-Fi battles! The problem is, I don't have NWFC at my house, so I have to use it at the library or my BFF's house. if you want to battle PM me and we can exchance freind codes.

This is the one I always shoot for, with being at level 100. I'm almost there now on pokemon diamond, but now with the new release of pokemon heart gold and soul silver on the way...i want to hold off on them. why u ask? Cause I want that Feraligatr to be shiny
