Anyway, I really have trouble believing he's 11 (or that Satoshi's 10 for that matter), considering that Shinji traveled around all of the regions before. Therefore, Shinji = 15/16. Therefore, Jerry Jewell = Perfect voice.​

Since Satoshi's been 10 for a very, very long time I don't think we can safely assume anything the pokemon people say >< I shall always see him as 15/16 8D

I said 'bad-ass', though. Shinji's more suited for bad-ass, rather than tough guy. Not saying he isn't a tough guy, 'cause he is, but he's more bad-ass. Therefore, Mori = A-okay!​
