No, you cant move anything in the secret base that was already there when you first made it.

I think you can, but you have to capture your friends flags (using Ds wirless) 10 times (to remove 10 rocks) and 50 times to remove all of them. After you cpture 50 flags talk to the underground guy in Enterna City to remover the rocks

The thing is, there usually is only around 10 rocks.... so therefore, the logic is to capture the flag 10 times...

But there isn't much point to secret bases this time round. The amount of items allocated inside is far too small.

Agreed, the amount of items allowed is small, with only 10 items allowed if you have a normal flag, but if you catch others flags yours will change.

Bronze Flag: Obtain 1 Flag: Can place up to 12 goods and remove 1 rock.
Silver Flag: Obtain 3 Flags: Can place up to 14 goods and remove 5 rocks.
Gold Flag: Obtain 10 Flags: Can place up to 15 goods and remove 10 rocks as well as using fossils, spheres and trap radar.
Platinum Flag: Obtain 50 Flags: Can place up to 15 goods and remove all rocks.

yes brock is right I have captured 30 flags and that is how it is, there is more then 10 rocks though

it still is small compared to RSE since the most you can put in those secret bases are 16 items and the items look better than D/P. But the good news is you get rocks removed and those rocks are pretty annoying
