I think they will sleep for about 2 hours.

hmm about 2 or 3 hours unless if they are exhausted from a battle.

Yeah, some Bird Pokemon have the special ability called "Early Bird" or something, so I assume that they only sleep 4-5 hours max. XD

I think normal as alot of flying types are Normal/Flying.
