Black People in Pokemon!

This thread is not meant to be offensive or anything, but has there ever been any black people or ANY other race besides Japanese people?

Perhaps, Game Freak likes to keep their culture in their games and not have any racial diversity in their games?

Well... Lt Surge was american, so he wasn't japanese :p

But yep, I haven't seen any Black character in pokémon...

I have noticed that the Bug Catcher in HG/SS is darker than DP,but he rather isn't black.
Yep, there are no black people in pokemon. But in Isshu propably there will be some,cause it's propably America, and there are quite many black people there in comparison to Japan.
