5th Gen Black & White - Getting a little old now?

    Getting bored of these games now?
    So what do you want to see?

    [[Unlike the existing topic, this is asking if you are bored of Pokemon games and what would you like to be brought back or added to bring them on a new exciting path for you.]]

    So, with the new version of B&W coming in the near future, I ask you, what different features would you like to be introduced into the game? Or maybe an old feature?

    I like the old Pokemon games, mainly Gold & Silver, so I would like them to keep the night and day theme. With a title like Black and White, it would fit the theme, even if it is just being lifted from the previous versions, it wouldn't have just been thrown in for cool points, it will be relevant to the game. [[Note: I haven't checked if that feature is in the game, so it could already be in]]

    What would you like to see in Black & White?

    New features? I would say....

    1. No new pokemon
    2. Longer storyline
    3. After story

    Those three things are the only things that need to happen to any future pokemon games.
     
    It certainly would be nice to see a solid storyline continue after you have defeated the Elite 4.

    I always thought the games fell down after that point. Granted, that is the climax of the story, but it would still be nice to have something else, except the battle tower! XD
     
    1. More Wi-fi stuff (Walk around, chat etc)
    2. Better Daycare
    3. Better surfing/Fly

    Thats about it. I can't beleive you called it 'old' it isn't even released yet! And its gonna be jam-packed with awesome new features. (I hope)

    A climax is only good when it's something worthwhile, defeating the Elite 4 is like taking candy from a baby.

    This is true.
    Too us, it is easy defeating the Elite 4, I don't think I have ever lost against them, but the creators intend that to be the climax, I think.

    Actually, that is a cool idea.

    An actual online world, as opposed to an underground or a room? How possible that would be, I am not sure, but I don't see why not.
     
    Na pokemon isn't getting old. White and Black was confirmed to have a lot of weather in it. We need something like Pokemon Battle Revolution/XD Gale/Collusuem for the DS. Better storyline. Stuff like that,but new pokemon is good.

    Like said before. We need to be able to create our own character. Like Battle Rev. Maybe for winning battle we get new clothing.

    Or maybe you go to a special online park where other trainers are waiting to battle and other pokemon are waiting in tall grass.

    Guys, both of you just chill.

    Things are starting to get a bit old for me. One of my biggest frustrations is that the Battle Tower is completely separate from the rest of the game. Why can't I battle something in the battle tower and then go trade for it on the GTS? Because it hasn't officially been seen?

    Also, speed the game up. A lot. It looks like they're already doing this though. A double battle with weather effects and status effects drags on for an eternity.
     
    My opinion

    Well the new pokemon should not be the priority of the new game since we got a lot of pokemon right now however in the future it will be ok to have new pokemon.As for the storyline that is the most crucial part.I agree with that guy that said we need storyline from previous games or longer story line.As far as for the weather effects I am 100% sure that we will have not only day and night bout news that we have never met before.Anyway as a pokemon fun I would prefer A BIG storyline at LEAST as bigger as gold/silver or fire red/leaf green.(big dreams lol).Also a small addition modification at wifi will be great like a wifi league.Players that have reached rank 10 can get into that leauge that will look like the leauge from anime.

    • Side-Quests
    • Anime-Styled Pokemon League
    • Character Customization
    • More Pokemon Balance (I'm sick of Garchomp, Tyranitar etc. getting all the good moves, let's help out Pokemon who actually need it, like Meganium and Tauros.)
    • Better New Pokemon (Pure opinion, I know, but this is the first generation where I've actually been really bothered with the new Pokemon. I prefer the Gen 2 and 3 designs. Those had a good mix of fantasy and realism. The Pokemon from the other generations are either to simple/realistic, or just so crazy and imaginative that they look like a three year-old's pool toy.)

    for the character customization, do you mean for only multiplayer? I don't mind looking like everyone else if i don't see them...

    I agree with balancing some of the weaker pokes, so there is a fair chance for all of them to be used.

    thats true but its platinum round 2 so its not really the climax
     
    On the side of Wi-Fi, I'd think making Huin City become the Wi-Fi plaza. Numerous servers at once and about 150 people on a server.
