OK, I totally understand if I'm too late. I was trying to get around to this all day but my mass of birthday VMs and Facebook messages was keeping me occupied. Anyway, just in case I'm lucky enough that you'll take my entry anyway, here it is:

This deadline may also get extended given the lack of entries... but does anyone want a different sort of competition next month for poetry? Please raise suggestions, as nothing for a month is a bit lame.

I still personally love the idea of Blackout Poetry and I'd really hate to see it go to waste, I just kinda totally forgot it was going on this month. I'd love it if you would give it one more chance, and if the theme for next month could be Christmas I think that would be amazing.

Well... it's running again, and with the aformentioned theme of CHRISTMAS. If it gets the same sort of turnout as it did last month though then I don't see this happening again, quite likely, so it's up to you to get those entries in if you want this to continue. Alternatively (or in addition, because we could always alternate it with something else!) suggest another sort of poetry competition you feel would work.
