I like the Illustration. It wouldn't be a card I would ever use, but I like it. Keep it up!

Card reviewing time:
Pros:
-right fonts, correct locations, etc.
Cons:
-part of Blissey and the evolution circle are missing
-very weak (anti-broken XD)
-for an EX, its like L5 Caterpie vs L100 FR Deoxys. If you play this card, your opponent might as well pick up his/her prizes then and there XD
