Nice work dude, are you gonna be adding more to the fakedex or just them? Thats an interesting type combination aswell (Bug+Water)
 
I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but there are some stars, I'm assuming that's what they are, that can be seen in Riolu and Lucario's bodies. Other than that and a slight squareness to Lucario's muzzle, it looks really, really well done. (As does your Darker Than Black art!!)

I got a little lazy with that part, I guess.

And I've hardly had any time for spriting lately. So much going on. -__-
 
This looks awesome! I don't know if you're still working on this or not, but this is just great. I especially like the Snake-looking pokemon!
