Boggo... Hoggo... Hotel? O___o

    I saw that some friends of mine were talking abot [Insert Name Here] Hotel. Its kinda a virtual Sims/Chat... I think it was Boggo or Hoggo Hotel... Can someone tell me what is it really?
     
    Oh right that is habbo hotel. It is free but you have to buy virtual stuff for a room. You call in or send a check for credits with which you buy those things

    Habbo Hotel is the correct name. My friend told me about it before.
     
    It's kinda an online game thing, right?
    I have no issues with a link (*bites Abby*) being posted to the website, then.

    I used to go on it around 2001?
    But then alot of the people I knew there quit, and so did I.

    Basically it's just a chatroom, but you choose what your habbo looks like, and you can have your private room, but you need to buy stuff for it, using credits, which you get by sending them a check etc. (you can read what kind of payment methods there are on the site)

    Hehe... I was just checking that out a few days ago again. XD;

    It's an interesting way of meeting people, but it does take a while to load [at least for me].

    It's because it's a big... thing, and just took a while to load up at first. After the initial load, it's fine.

    it uses Sulake...which was the original habbo...a month or 2 bak, habbo released a history of it...i learned a lot(BTW this is a british site and all reward things will be released for only british residents)

    I joined a few months after Habbo Hotel was put on web for the first time, back there were only like 500 people on at a maximum, then a few months later it went over 1000 people, and it took forever to load it, nonetheless log on, so they had to upgrade their servers.. that's happened a few times afterwards :cross-eye
     
    ATTENTION: Habbo Hotel is being made for the US!!! this means you will b able to enter furni contests from the US!!!
