5th Gen boldor evolve

hi, i am new here and i was just wondoring when a good time to evolve my boldore is. my friend says he will trade with me but i am not sure what level i should evolve him at.

Either after it learns Rock Slide, Level 30, or Stealth Rock, Level 36.

Stone Edge comes at around 48, but ain't worth it.

and kinda o.t. but are you on wizard101 central? your sig and avatar are the same?

edit: does his evolution learn any moves?

Nope, never heard of it.

Well, if you want Stealth Rock, three levels isn't much.

Oh wait, my bad. Gigalith pretty much learns the same moves at the same levels, so evolve it now.
