Bravely Default problem

    I am in a bind here. I just purchased Bravely Default and I cannot download it. I tried multiple times and it would not work. This is the error code I get, 007 2914. I looked this up online and the only advice I could find was to call Nintendo, which I did. The technical consultant told me that I was having problems because I was using the mobile hotspot on my phone. That made no sense because I have downloaded demos, and the poke bank/tansporter, played online and used multiple online services with the 3ds. I told the consultant as much and all he could advise was to try a regular router and see if that worked. I think that the two people really had no idea about why I cannot download the game and so said it was my phone... Anyway, I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem as well and if there was a solution? Or if anyone happens to know anything that can help. If I cannot download the game, I want to get my money back, but I don't know if I can, even the consultant said he did not know if I could be refunded. I just want to play the game. :(

    I know it sounds like I may be repeating what you do not want to hear, but have you actually tried downloading the game over a non-hotspot wifi connection? You may have hit your data cap on your phone plan.

    No, I have not tried it because I do nor have access to one. I have not hit a data cap as I have unlimited data. Also I am able to access the internet onh all of my devices including my 3ds. :(

    No. I went to a friend and was able to use wifi that way. :)
