Brawl finally comes to Europe! Yay!

    After all these months of waiting, there's only one more day to wait for us Europeans! Even America's already had it for 3 and half months... So, anyone else from Europe getting it tomorrow? And who are you going to use? I, being a Pokéfreak, am going to use Pikachu :D
    Problem is, I'm going to be busy playing Brawl, so Amethyst will have a short pause. I wish I could do two things at once :(
    But somehow, I'll still try to find some time for it...

    I'll be ordering off the net so i doubt it's next day delivery £25 … or something. \o/
    I'll be using link… then toon link. =3
    I'm gonna end up changing characters once I own it like I did with mario kart wii.
     
    I'm gonna rise up at the crack of dawn to the nearest game shop to get it. I'm most likely to use Link since I used him for the other two Smash Bros games.
     
    I wish I lived in europe becuase I'm already tired of brawl honestly.
     
    I truly feel bad for you guys. I pretty much was in terrible shape the last couple weeks waiting for that. The final push-back on the release here in the US from Feb to March almost did me in. I didn't know what to do with myself. Not sure what I'd have done if I had to wait till now.
     
    Got a copy earlier today, though haven't played it yet due to my brothers playing it a lot. Honestly, I haven't been looking that forward to playing it, but I doubt I'll be able to remain like that for long.

    Anyway, I'll probably be using Peach, though I've heard she got nerfed pretty badly since Melee.
     
    I fell so sorry for you guys, I've had mine for 3 1/2 months (yes, I'm from America). But it will be worth the wait, the game is amazing! I barley scratched the surface of all the game has to offer. And the SSB has awesome CG cutscenes!

    Its an amazing game but it gets alittle tiring unless you have some friends to play with. I played it non stop for like a week and a half and got a little tired of it. But when eve rmy friends come over we play it non stop lol. I mainly use Pit, Link, Kirby, Sonic and Lucario.

    Yes. Big time. Her second jump gets like no height at all, no exaggeration. Her down smash is way nerfed too.

    Here's the people who were noticeably nerfed (not JUST because of the removal of wavedashing, though that makes it really hard to judge). And this doesn't factor in Final Smashes.

    Brawl seems great so far... but there is one thing that is really, really annoying. I dunno if anyone else has this problem, but when I go to play online (with random people, I don't have any Friend Codes since I don't know anyone else who plays it) it takes FOREVER... to find people to fight with. Most of the time I give up, but sometimes I'll be in the practise stage for 20 minutes or more. x_x

    Ah well, the rest of the game is full of win.

    That's nothing, when it was first released here in America it legitimately took hours, and would usually disconnect with some error before finding anyone. The reason? Servers were overloaded.

    There's either 1 of 2 problems for you right now. Either 1) The European release triggered the same thing over there. If that's the case then it should be better within a week or two. Or 2) No one is really on that much anymore. I don't think this is the case because it was just released there so there should be plenty of other Europeans online for quite some time. I know for sure that over here not many people play online anymore, at least randomly. I guess people don't like the 2 minute matches where the first 20 seconds are laggy. It's easier to find friends to play with.

    But yeah I suspect it's the first of those. Expect it to get better soon.
