From my experience, IVs are just a bit about luck. It really will take time, I mean, you are asking for three good IVs in one pokemon! Your most likely going to have to be patient.

Not really, that's what IV breeding is for.

booyakaboy, you need to know about IV breeding. And you check them with an IV calculator, but you need to level them up a lot before checking correctly, or do an IV battle.
