7th Gen Breeding for hidden abilitys?

is it possable to breed a oddish with Chlorophyll and a bulbasaur to make the bulbasaur have Chlorophyll? or would l need a bulba with Chlorophyll to breed more Chlorophyll bulbas? if so,would anyone be willing/able to trade a Chlorophyll bulbasaur? l have some max iv lapras,axew and charamander to offer,and l can give them PKRS(though they will not be lv 1
anymore).

ps l am useing pkmn sun to breed if that matters.

You need a Bulbasaur with its HA in order to breed one with the HA.
