    is it possible to breed 2 pokemon and get a completely different pokemon that hatches?

    I remember breeding two pokemon in oras and getting a togepi when none of them was a togepi evolution, and if so how can i do this and what pokemon

    uh, no. that is not possible. breeding pokémon can only produce the unevolved form of one of the parents. manaphy -> phione is the only exception as far as I am aware.
