Breloom?

Actually, I prefer spore and sub, but yeah, leech seed works fine too...

leech seed isn't the best on breloom, honestly. it switches in and out a lot, so leech seed becomes pointless on it.

Well I don't see what you and Samson are thinking of, that could be so great and "superior" to my set.

Leech Seed will stay if Breloom switches. It can be support then.

I use:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
252 Attk/252 Spd/4 HP -- Jolly
Sub
Spore
Leech Seed
Mach Punch

Once outstalled a CM/Moonlight Cress with it. It was fun.

IMO it actually needs Stone Edge so not to be walled.

I use this

Breloom@Toxic Orb
Ability=Poison Heal
Jolly Nature
EV: 252 Speed 252 Att 6 Hp
- Spore
- Stone Edge
- Substitute
- Focus Punch

Spore on the first turn and on the next turn you get a free sub Now once you have sub up your free to sweep, which is why Stone Edge is (even though it has rather poor accuracy) is prefered over Rock Slide because it needs all the power it can get or its gonna die rather fast and you are no longer walled by Ghosts (It lost Hp Ghost in this gen aswell which was great for that). Breloom also needs Substitute as it cant take a hit to save its life, and it is much better this gen due to the quite large Hp recovery rate of Toxic Orb and Poison Heal.

However Seed Bomb is an Option > Stone Edge, however your gonna find a lot more things walling you.

Leech Seed also does a great job forcing switches and becomes especially nasty with Stealth Rock and/or Spikes in play so I wouldn't call it useless. Spore one Pokémon and Leech Seed the switch-in and your opponent will have the time of their life. <3 Leech Seed Breloom requires a certain level of prediction skills, but is simply amazing if you can use it properly.

Stone Edge is good in not being walled. I have countered many a Stone Edge-less Breloom with mah CBJask.

Breloom @:Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EV's:252 ATK/252 SPD/4 HP
Jolly Nature
Seed Bomb/Spore/Stone Edge
Leech Seed/Spore/
Focus Punch
Substitute

I really want to use Spore, but I don't know if I should

Leech Seed is only good on walls such as Tangrowth and it prevent you from dying as fast, and Breloom isnt meant to last as its a sweeper.

Stone Edge prevents you from being walled by Ghosts, bear that in mind.

Spore gets you a free turn, because if your opponent is a remotely good player they will switch as soon as they sense Spore and the following free turn you set up a sub and then to sweep, even if they dont switch you still get a free turn to set up a sub after spore.

Also, Breloom is the only Pokemon that can use Spore effectively (the other being Parasect lol ), its a 100% accuracy Sleep inducing move, please dont let such a rare and fantastic move go to waste.

Smeargle is better at Sporing than Parasect. And Leech Seed is amazing on Breloom. Subseeding in general is good, especially with something like Poison Heal to back it up. Breloom is amazing for Leech Seeding. It supports the rest of the team as well.

XD the Parasect part was a joke that why i put "lol" after it.

Sub Seeding is ok i suppose, but IMO , Breloom just doent have the Defenses to pull it off.

The point is to seed on a switch to force more switches as I've already said; with Spikes and/or Stealth Rock the damage starts to add up pretty fast. And Breloom doesn't necessarily have to have Substitute to use Leech Seed, either.

Keep in mind sceptile doesn't have good defenses, but he's used as a subseeder...
