    So since 2016 was a hard year, I was unable to take care of myself. So what will I be doing this year to make up for it?

    Eat better
    Last year I developed blood sugar problems, so I'm going to lay off the grease and sodas to make room for the salad and water! I'm already buying nuts and tea in bulk to save money and work on making myself better <3
    Exercise
    I exercise a lot already, but I'm not losing weight because of my thyroid. So this year, I'm going to do double! This should help me get to good. Not only will I lose weight, but it'll reduce my back pain. Going to set up a Pokemon Go! account just for losing weight. When i look at it at the end of the year, and I see how many strong pokemon I raised to showcase my progress~
    Improve on schoolwork
    I suck at school, nothing secret about that. But where the year is ending in a few months, I'm worried about failing. So I'll try to push myself another step. Going to look for a study buddy for US history and English. Going to improve on my wiring skills for my industrial electricity class! Failing sucks, so I won't let it happen ever again!
    Make more art
    Yeah, I barely made any art last year. Heck, I couldn't even draw my best friend's birthday present. No more slacking, time for doodles! I'll need some prompts to draw, because drawing the same thing over and over doesn't help anything. However, the biggest thing that's affecting my life I hope to change is...
    Stress
    I stress about everything! What my friends think of me, how they're feeling, whether or not I'm blocking people's view, if I'm making someone mad, if I'm getting in the way of someone's plans, I couid go on forever. I've got to stop thinking about this stuff 24/7! So in 2017, I'm going to work on chilling out. It's time to stop stressing about irrational stuff every day! I hope I'll get a friend as a "couch" to help me out with this.

    Welp, that was long. But I've got a positive attitude towards improving myself, and I hope you do too! If a silly person like me can reach their goals, someone awesome like you certainly can as well!

    I really love the organization that you've made with this!
    Eating: good luck with that. I've slowly become healthier across the years. Water is my #1 choice of beverage. I'm really not into grease. And I've really started to enjoy eating salads with that balsamic vinaigrette stuff.
    Exercise: I'm sorry that your hard work isn't showing. Let me know how that is working out.
    Schoolwork: I was the nerd of my school. So, I don't have any advice on that. Especially with the humanities.
    Stress: Good luck with that. the sooner you can figure that out, the better you'll feel. I'm thinking about doing meditation or something.

    Hey there!

    For the stress part, maybe you can try Yoga and meditation? It does help for some people. Just don't discourage yourself if you can't do it right away, okay? It take patience, but it's worth it.
    Oh and maybe try ASMR on youtube. It might be strange but you lose nothing to try ;)
