Bringing back bubbles

I decided that I wanted to make a remake of the old "Mew with bubbles" card. I know the card isn't the greatest, and I'm pretty sure something is wrong with the attack. Feel free to fix the card up (you may use my illustration).

"Choose an attack on 1 of your opponent's Pokémon in play. Psymimicry copies that attack. This attack does nothing if Mew doesn't have the Energy necessary to use that attack. (You must still do everything else required for that attack.) Mew performs that attack."

That's the right text.
