Britney Spears Discussion Thread

I love Britney Spears. I'm not like a humongous-gigantic-overly-obsessed fan, but I like a lot of her music. Plus she's hot. :D

I don't like how people are always badmouthing her. So she messes up sometimes, so what? Everybody does! If she didn't mess up, she wouldn't be human. She'd be a mystical being.

About the Lollipop/If You Seek Amy censorship debate: It is very unfair, women get censored more than men. I noticed, for example, that Fergie can't say "the boys wanna eat it" but men can talk about... er... sexual fluids. D4L, Li'l Wayne, Eminem, etc., they all mention that topic. Men can use sexual talk in their songs all they want but women get censored for the most innocent things. It is very sexist and offensive, and I wish it wasn't that way.

According to the US Britney.com, it won't be released March 2nd.

But I'm sure it will be released in march no biggie.
 
Oh gawd.. I remember seeing it and going: "huh, is that it??
Fans were like: "It must be a preview, that can't be it!"

It seemed as if my little brother edited it with windows movie maker.. I think it's IMO the worst Britney video...

But I don't really blame Brit.. the director was an amateur, I think it was his first video. And she wasn't exactly in the best state of mind at the time.

It's horrible. She's talking about her and a guy, but all there is with her is a pole. Um, WHAT? That ruined an awesome song there.
 
I'm just going to put this out there, and I'm almost ashamed to say it, but "Everytime" is a freaking beautiful song. The melody is simply superb, and while I don't care for Britney that much, this is actually a really good song. The video is really sad though ;_____;
 
I never really liked that songs. Mainly only her super-upbeat songs I really like.
 
As much as everyone hated it I loved the Gimme More video. It was different IMO. It suitedthe song well too.
 
I just saw some of her New Orleans Concert I think she's improved alot and It's amazing type It In Youtube and It will come up and I can't believe It, I always dreamed of the Tour but to many blackout songs and three Circus songs..... and about the Gimme More video I liked It and I liked her Vma performance even though she came out in her panties and bra. xD

I gotta say, when I was 12 I liked her original stuff.. even being kiddie-pop music that it was.

Then I lost interest for years, until pretty recently.

Now I'm hooked on a lot of new songs. xD Good stuff, she made a pretty awesome comeback. She's better than she used to be, in my opinion.. I know a lot of people hate her new songs, though. ; ;

That's my favorite so far of the Circus tour. However, it's only when the transaction from Boys to If U Seek Amy takes place. After the pushups and all of that happen.

Some of the fan videos are fun to watch... others are a nightmare...
I can't wait to watch the concert on TV, or on dvd, whichever comes first.

Honestly, I haven't watched them all yet.. since it's all too messy.. but I loved the IF U SEEK AMY one :D
