A) Brock's perversion is a running gag throughout the series, it's not meant to be taken seriously. It's lampshaded by the fact that there are girls who like him, but he never notices (or he might, but it'll be too late by that point).

B) But we all love screaming "SUPRISE BUTTSECKS!" when Croagunk Poison Jabs him! :V

C) I had a long-standing theory that he or James would catch a Snover. Watch this Saturday's episode.

For the record, I had the theory long before the episode was announced in Japan...almost 6 months ago. :V
