Hola, mis amigos. I am Sabios, which means wise in Spanish, and I am pleased to make your acquaintance. I am, evidently, Spanish, but I do speak what I consider to be quite fluent English, among other languages, i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Latin, Mandarin Chinese and a little Japanese. There should be no communication breakdowns there then! Anyway, I moved to England when I was four, by which time Pokémon Gold and Silver had come out. I saw the game, and for my fifth birhday I asked for Pokémon Silver. I've loved the series since.
As I have already said,my family and I come from Spain, Barcelona, to be precise. My mother taught English in a local high school and my father was and still is an engineer. The main reason we moved is because of my father's job. He was offered a better job in England compared to the one in Spain, so he naturally took it. We all moved to England, and my mother became a maths teacher. This took place when I was four and ten months old. I do not regret leaving Spain, but I would like to go back there... Sorry, I'm boring you.
In the games, I don't have a favourite type. I base my team on my favourites, such as Scizor. Scizor is one of my favourties, mainly because of it's general appearance and it's typing. I am an average battler; I do not generally lose, but I mostly consider it to be luck that I win most of the time. I look forward to maybe battling some people on here, but only once I have my Pokémon trained up a bit more; You see, I recently bought Pokémon Platinum. When I say recently, I mean yesterday. I also got a DSi, but that's beside the point.
Anyway, I hope I can fit in around here. I look forward to battling a few of you in the not too distant future. Until then, iAdiós para ahora!
