I am going to use Showdown in order to understand the big picture in competitive battling, and i decide to build an Uber tier team for myself. I know i want to use Excadrill,Hydreigon and Charizard Y, but i need 3 more pokemon, and i don't know what to choose.

The team was going to be:

    Excadrill,Sand Rush,Adament,Air Baloon:
    Evs: 4HP,252Att,252Speed
    -Swords Dance
    -X Scissor
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake

    Hydreigon,Levitate,Hasty,Choice Specs:
    Evs:4Att,252Sp.Att,252Speed
    -Earthquake
    -Dark Pulse
    -Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power Poison (for the fairies)

    Charizard,Blaze (Drought on Mega),Timid,Charizardite Y
    Evs:4HP,252Sp.Att,252Speed
    -Air Slash
    -Fire Blast
    -Heat Wave
    -SolarBeam

    Any suggestions?

Hate to break it to ya, but Mega Zard Y and Hydreigon will get utterly destroyed in Ubers (and are outclassed), and Excadrill is only useable in Ubers if you have Sand Rush and are in a Sandstorm. :(

So, yer gonna need to pick some different stuff before we can help you build an Ubers team.

Excadrill is an OU Pokemon as of X/Y. I'm not sure how it fares in Ubers these days, but bulky Excadrill should look like:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Substitute
    -Swords Dance
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 176 HP/60 Atk/252 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Mold Breaker

Sand Rush Excadrill should only be paired with Tyranitar or Hippowdon.

As Zekrom mentioned, Charizard Y and Hydreigon are outclassed in Ubers. I can provide you with teammates that pair well with Excadrill, like Yveltal (who appreciates having Stealth Rock off the field), Kyogre (which reduces Excadrill's Fire weakness) and Palkia (which also checks/counters opposing Kyogre):

    Yveltal
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    -Focus Blast/Sucker Punch/Foul Play
    -Taunt
    Nature: Modest/Timid/Rash/Mild/Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Foul Play
    -Taunt
    -Toxic/Sucker Punch
    -Roost
    Nature: Calm/Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef or 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    -Hurricane/Foul Play
    -U-turn/Toxic/Focus Blast
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Kyogre:
    -Water Spout
    -Hydro Pump/Surf/Scald
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunder
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Specs

    or
    -Surf
    -Thunder
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunder Wave
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Leftovers

    Palkia:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Spatial Rend/Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunder/Rest
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest/Choice Specs/Choice Scarf/Lustrous Orb
    Ability: Pressure

Sandstorm teams don't play well in Ubers (we, at least in my opinion), so you may want to remove Excadrill as well. If you do keep it, though, then you should probably have a Sand Streamer on your team. Try Hippowdon.

    Hippowdon @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    - Slack Off
    - Earthquake
    - Whirlwind
    - Stealth Rock

Hippowdon could be easily countered though, so be aware.

Okay, BTW my team is complete now an it is better with the Hydreigon than i expected...but still, i put a different team with T-tar,Excadrill,Yveltal, Whimsicotte (?), Kyogre and Zekrom. It kinda went well the first couple of times but i may delete it because the sandstream-sand rush combo is actually bad now that they nerfed it to like 5 turns.

You could probably still make Excadrill and Tyranitar work if you want. Use Platinum's set for Excadrill (I kinda forgot that Excadrill can run a bulky set, its not a Pokemon that gives off a bulky vibe to me). For Tyranitar, it might be best to use either its mega form or as an Assault Vest user:

    -Mega Tyranitar w/Tyranitarite
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Stone Edge, Dragon Dance, Crunch, Earthquake/Ice Punch

    or

    -Tyranitar w/Assault Vest
    Nature: Sassy
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Payback, Stone Edge, Pursuit, Low Kick/Ice Beam
    Or something like that.

Also, what sets are you using with Kyogre and Zekrom?
