Buongiorno SCHWESTER

I'm fluent in Dutch, as it is my native language, and English, which is probably the language I use most these days... specially since a lot of classes are thought in English due to the amount of exchange students (in the Masters it's so that even one requires the class to be in English). Of course English is also the language mostly used On-Line, so... yah. |D;

I am /supposed/ to be fluent in French, seeing how I've had it for 8 years, but I have to admit that reading is a lot easier than actively speaking it. I try to keep my French up to date by reading French Manga.
And thanks to living in trilingual country, I am also supposed to know German. But once again, just like French, it's a lot easier to read (it's pretty close to Dutch) than actively speak. I forgot a lot of the grammar I've learned so it's kind of awkward having to make my own sentences. My French is a lot better than my German.

I also understand Latin, but I'm afraid a lot of it is fading as I don't actively practice it anymore. Sad, really.

It's nothing to brag about, but I learned some words and sentences of Japanese thanks to the anime that I watch, to sometimes understand the basic lyrics of songs/drama's that I listen to. I would, one day, like to actually learn the language. I would love to be able to read (and properly write) some Kanji. I'm intrigued as to how one character can hold so much meaning.

I can speak English and French fluently, and I can speak like a phrase or two of Spanish.

Swag.

I can speak English and some pretty bad French. It's enough to swoon Penatrait though.
