Am I missing something or is the 1.4.1 version for the manual patch missing the .bit file it calls for to be hex-edited into the game? Version 1.2.3 has it, but not 1.4.1.
Sure, but this is not the place. Maybe on messages or Twitter?Litte question out of this patch Topic. But you take requests for midis? Since i have one.
I added the .bit file now. Looks like I forgot to put it in months ago and never noticed it ahahaAm I missing something or is the 1.4.1 version for the manual patch missing the .bit file it calls for to be hex-edited into the game? Version 1.2.3 has it, but not 1.4.1.

That's not how patches work. They overwrite data at certain offsets which are free in a clean Emerald ROM, but not necessarily (often not) in an existing ROM hack. This resource is only useful when creating your own ROM hack, not when you want to change an existing one.
Hey, is it possible to change the offset to which I can insert the data from .bin file?? Just wanted to use both Kanto Reloaded Music Patch and this one but the data will overwrite one another. Recently got into romhacking for serious and I find it weird that all these music patches have already compiled .bin files provided rather than ASM routines that allow much more flexibility. Is there a specific reason for it?
Does anyone have a list of this for it to show up in A-Map or know how to go about that?
