    This story is completely original, with my own characters!! I hope you will like it. It's about a girl named Alexandria Harp, who transfered to Greenville High, where she meets and falls in love with two boys.

    The title comes from a cafe that all three work at throughout the story. Daisuki is a Japanese word meaning "I like you" (at least that is what my sorces tell me!) A couple years ago, I didn't take critisism well. I do much better now!! So please, please tell me honestly what you think!!

    Rated PG 13 for some cursing and violence.

    Hope you like!!

    Cafe Daisuki

    Chapter One

    My days at Cafe Daisuke began when I had transferred to Greenville High School. It was there that I met the two boys that I involuntarily fell in love with. So you could say my story actually began in home-economics, two weeks into my arrival at school.

    I licked my forefinger and rubbed it across my brow. The book in front of me had several dessert recipes, but I could not pick a single one. I looked around the room at all the students sitting in pairs. Most of the teams were doing pretty well in their projects. I, on the other hand, was a single partner who hadn't even started.

    I heard footsteps and peered up through my golden brown bangs. My breath caught in my throat as I saw him. He had wavy blond hair and deep green eyes. He handed a note to the teacher and began walking down the aisle. I quickly looked back to my recipe book when he stopped at my table.

    "It seems you're the only student without a partner." he said tossing his bag down.

    "Yeah, I'm Alexandria." I said.

    "Alexandria? Kind of long. I like Alex better."

    "Yeah well, my name isn't Alex." I said harshly.

    "Whatever. What are we making?" he asked.

    I rolled my eyes. "Don't know yet." I answered.

    "You haven't even started yet? How unattractive."

    "Excuse me?" I asked.

    "A girl who can't cook, is not cute, and whinny." he said in a manor of speaking to himself, but I could tell he was making sure I could hear.

    Then it hit me. "I know who you are. Elliot Bon, known for flirting with every girl on campus."

    "Not true. I haven't flirted with you, now have I?" he raised a brow.

    I let out a breath and glared daggers at him. I clicked my tongue for several minutes, waiting as he did nothing. I rolled my eyes, and as I was about to speak, he took the action instead.

    "We're making Coconut Cream Pie. Understand? Okay get the mix from the cupboard." he said

    I raised my brow at him and crossed my arms. He continued gathering other ingredients for our pie. After a moment he turned around to me with a dumbstruck expression.

    "Where's the mix?" he asked.

    I growled and bent down to get the mix. I handed it to him.

    "Anything else I can do?" I asked sarcastically.

    "Yeah, you could lose the attitude."

    "I have an attitude? Can you hear yourself?" I asked throwing my hands up.

    We argued back and forth throughout the entire process of baking the pie. We finished, though hard to believe, within the allotted time frame. When the bell rang, I looked over the instructions, to be sure the teacher would bake it correctly. I looked up after feeling a pair of eyes on me.

    "Yes?" I asked slowly.

    Elliot shrugged his shoulders. "Nothin'." he said.

    "What's wrong with you? Don't you need to get to class?" I asked.

    "No." he answered.

    "Well, could you go anywhere that I'm not."

    "Why?"

    "Because you're aggravating me." I bit down on my lower lip.

    He put his hands up. "Well sorry uncute girl." he said and turned to walk away.

    "Hold it one minute lover boy." I yelled.

    He turned back halfway with a questioning expression.

    "Where do you get off calling me uncute." I asked.

    He chuckled. "Ask any boy in school. You are so, uncute." he replied before walking out of the room.

    I let out an angry growl and headed to the girls room. I turned to the mirrors and looked at myself. I had long, curly, pigtailed, golden brown hair, held together with two green ribbons. I also had hazel eyes. I huffed and turned my head to the side. I sighed and headed to my next class.

    After that day, kids were constantly calling me 'uncute girl'. It wasn't only the sophomore's either, even the freshmen, juniors, and seniors, called me that. I also realized that I had to endure three classes with Elliot every day!

    It was Friday at the end of my second week at Greenville High when the trouble really began. I was walking through the parking lot, ready to walk my way home. I didn't expect it when I felt my books being knocked out of my grasp and hitting the ground only seconds before I myself did. I looked up to see two guys, both quite a bit bigger than I. One was a red head, while the other was a blond.

    "Well, if it ain't the new girl. We haven't introduced ourselves have we?" the blond one asked.

    I didn't respond, having the feeling it wasn't an actual question.

    "I'm Robby, and he's Lance." the blond, Robby, introduced.

    I propped myself up on my elbows but didn't stand just yet. I had the feeling they were going to push me down again.

    "Aren't you going to tell us your name princess?" the other one, Lance, asked.

    "Alexandria." I said.

    "Alexandria Harp?" Robby asked.

    I nodded, and the two boys exchanged a look.

    "Little Alex uncute." Robby said.

    I growled. So that was what Elliot was going around calling me! I pushed myself up, my books left on the ground.

    "My name is not Alex. It is Alexandria. And if you call me uncute one more time, your cute little faces aren't going to be so cute!" I had probably gotten pushed a little over the edge and wasn't thinking clearly, because if I had, I would not have said that.

    "Little Alex uncute, where do you get off threatening us?" that sounded oddly familiar to me. Right, I said something similar to Elliot in home-economics.

    Seconds later I was back on the ground. My arms were scrapped up pretty bad, and my head hit the concrete with a very hard blow. I rubbed the back of my head, and gasped when I found blood covering most of my hand. I groaned and looked back up at the boys.

    The redhead had one of my books in one hand, and a black marker was in the other. I gasped. I was going to have to pay for that! Robby was looking at me with a confident expression.

    "What are you going to do now, Alex-"

    I threw a rock at him, which hit him in his upper arm.

    "Didn't I say to not call me Alex uncute. I repeat. My name is Alexandria!" I said glaring at him intensely. "And stop writing in my book." Lance threw the book at me, which thankfully, landed on my lap. I took a look inside and gasped. He had written, Alex uncute and Alex loves Elliot all over the book, and several pages were ripped.

    Lance squatted down and gently pushed my shoulders, which was just enough to make me knock my already bleeding head against the concrete. I cried out in pain. I sighed and stopped fighting. In all truth, I was woozy and couldn't see clearly, so any fight I had left in me, would have been futile anyway.

    "Excuse me, is there something going on here?" A voice asked.

    I couldn't exactly tell who it was, for I couldn't muster up the strength to open up my eyes.

    "Nope, nothing. We were just offering this girl a ride home." Lance answered.

    "It seems she's not interested though. Let's go Lance." and I heard their footsteps disappear.

    I could still sense the other person, who I had figured was a boy by his voice, though it was very soft.

    "Miss, are you alright?" he asked.

    "You tell me." I said, my words somewhat slurred.

    I was suddenly no longer on the ground, and I felt a hand on my shoulder, and an arm around my waist. I opened my eyes just barely enough to see the person carrying me. He looked to be around the age of sixteen, meaning he was probably a junior. He had slightly unkept silky black hair, and chocolate brown eyes.

    "What's your name?" he asked.

    "Alex." was all I could make out before having to catch my breath.

    A smile graced his face for a moment, and he chuckled.

    "I'm Mason. It's nice to meet you Alexandria." he said softly.

    I wasn't sure how he knew my name was Alexandria, considering that I had said my name was Alex. I gripped his shirt with my hand and gently closed my eyes. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in a hospital room.

    ~~~~~~~<3~~~~~~~
    "W-what are you doing here?" I asked Mason, who was sitting in a chair opposite my bed.
    Mason smirked. "I was worried. I tried calling your house several times, but I got no answer. So I wanted to be sure you would be alright."
    "Thank you Mason!" I said, coughing slightly.
    "You're welcome." he replied.
    "By the way, how did you know my name was Alexandria?" I asked.
    He chuckled. "I've seen you a couple times talking to people who called you Alex." he answered.
    "Oh." I said blushing, thinking of how crazy I looked sometimes when correcting my class mates.
    "Is she alright doctor?" someone from the hallway asked.
    Mason stood up. "I do believe that's your mother Alexandria. I'll be going." he smiled over at me, "If you ever need me, my numbers in your phone. Hit the call button and I'll be there." then he began to walk out.
    I bit my lip, and when he went to grip the door I called out, "Mason," he turned halfway, "you can call me Alex, if you want." I blushed deeper and took my eyes from his.
    I heard him chuckle and the door opened. It closed moments later with my mother rushing over to me.
    ~~~~~<3~~~~~

    That was how I met Elliot Bon and Mason Crawford. Both boys were so different from one another, yet I felt so infatuated with both of them. Elliot irritated me in every way, but sometimes, I felt things would get boring if he didn't. Mason was sweet and very pleasant to be around. That was how everything began.

    Love the story.Love the idea.Love everything aboout it but I'm sure people will find something that I was not able to that is wrong with it but that might also be untrue it is not known till people post.

    Thank you Miley. Chapter two will be up soon. And there probably is something we both over looked in that chapter. Like I said, thank you for reviewing!!

    I gotta say Fearless, this isn't too bad. Though it's Daisuki, not Daisuke that means "I like you." It's interesting. Why does she girl seem so aposed to the idea of being called Alex? Yet in the end she says that it's okay for Mason to call her Alex? I think it's a very good story though!!

    Well Angel, you are right. Someone told me earlier that it's actually Daisuki!! But thanks anyway. And the answer to both of those questions will be in the next chapter. Thank you for taking the time to review!!! I really appreciate it.
