Taiwan does have a language, yesterday, my mom was just trying to teach me. >_> As for Korean soap-operas, I dunno the English name or the Korean name. But "My sassy girl" sounds like a great movie, but I've never seen it... ;_;
 
I'll join, i'm chinese, vietnamese, and I think korean living in hawaii. I can only speak cantonese though.
 
Hello, I'm Chinese and I can speak and write Chinese(About the level of a 5th grade, because I lived in the US for 7 years..... , and I'm now 7th grade) btw, I think Taiwanese was from somewhere in China, But I dunno where.....)

I'm Cantonese.
I know how to write,speak,read the following languages:
Cantonese (level to year7), Mandarin(level to year7), Japanese.


And I'm currently having regular Japanese lessons.

I'm have been a junior moderator for1year in Hong Kong Pokemon Alliance (www.hkpokemona.com),
and I am a junior moderator in Hong Kong Pokemon Forum.

okay ill start the first topic


pokemon (there's an ice breaker)

in korea the pokemon comics are very cool, i rent em at the local comic place all the time, the video games on the other hand have a kinda steep price (100 U.S. dollars!!!) so i stay away from them. but the really kewl thing is that i get to watch ag at 5:30pm every monday and tuesday. sweet. :cool:

Oh well umm I'm asian...I'm Korean but I'm going to Korea this summer I havent been there in forever! I know how to speak it to...I hope I'm not why off the subject!
