I'm very new to ROM-hacking, and i have no idea how to install certain programs for my ROMs. The most important and confusing one I need to download is OWM. When i install it, the READ ME file says to download something called PyQt5, Python, and Pillow. I downloaded Python, but have no idea how to actually open the application after that. Any help would on how open the app or what the other programs do would be appreciated.
